Creative Business Intelligence Training Series

Two training courses are offered, both of which can be tailored to your specific requirements. Each training course can be provided as individual one-to-one training (over an agreed number of sessions) or provided as in-house workshops for staff. For in-house training it is recommended to include at least one coaching session for each participant to help consolidate learning; or to focus on specific issues.

Creative Business Intelligence – Intuitive Leadership©

This training is designed for business people who want to develop their intuitive leadership skills. If you have recognised that leadership is more about motivation and mentoring as opposed to just providing instruction via traditional management techniques; then this workshop will take your leadership skills to the next level.

 

Training covers the following topics:

  • What is Intuitive Intelligence?

  • Intuitive Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence

  • The role of Intuitive Leaders

  • How to recognise Intuitive Leaders

  • Characteristics of Leadership

  • Exploring your Leadership Potential (Values that support Leadership)

Creative Business Intelligence - New Manager Essentials©

This training is designed for new managers or supervisors, or existing managers who might require a refresher course to develop their management skills. It covers all the basic skills required to successfully manage a team. 

 

Eight modules have been created to cover the below topics:

  1. Defining your role as a manager of your team (and context within the wider organisation)

  2. Motivating and managing your team for improved performance (understanding your organisational policies, processes and expectations)

  3. Communicating effectively with different personalities in your team (and with your own manager…)

  4. Effective recruitment and induction

  5. Managing difficult situations and conflict resolution

  6. Effective delegation and resourcing for success (including your own development)

  7. Time management – your own!

  8. Summing up – Creating a successful team culture

 

Training is offered as individual one-to-one training (spread over eight sessions) or it is suitable for company in-house training. Note that content and duration can be tailored to suit individual or company requirements. If training is undertaken as in-house training then it is usually held as a two half day workshop where modules one to four comprise the first half-day workshop, then modules five to eight the second half-day workshop.
